General house rules for Castle Belvedere

Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Check-out from 07:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Otherwise, inform the administration!

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival. In case of no-show of guests and in other cases that did not occur through the fault of Belvedere Castle, the prepayment amount will not be refunded.
Deposit During check-in, a security deposit of UAH 1000 is required. The deposit is paid in cash. You will receive your deposit back during check out, when the room has been checked by staff.
Free private parking on site. There is no need to reserve a place.
Station for charging electric cars (16A outlet with grounding).
Fast free Wi-Fi 53 Mbps. The owner performed the speed check.
The water in all the taps of the Belvedere Castle is from its own well. It is mineral, sodium-hydrocarbonate with a PH of 9.2, according to the "Naftusia" type, and it has a specific smell of hydrogen sulfide. It has a good effect on the condition of hair and skin. After boiling, it loses its smell and is suitable for drinking.
Smoking is prohibited in all premises. Fine is UAH 1000.
You will have to pay UAH 500 for the loss of the keys.
No parties/events allowed.
Quiet Hours: Guests must observe silence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Accommodation with pets is not possible.
